Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping
We currently only ship orders to New Zealand addresses. We use NZPost and Aramex for our deliveries. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Your order will be shipped in a paper based mailer or carton, both of which are kerbside recyclable.
Shipping is $5 for regular orders and rural deliveries have an additional surcharge of $4.
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! We offer a full money back guarantee for 30 days after orders are shipped. If for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase contact us at hello@nada.nz and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
How does Nada work?
Fill, Fizz, Spray! It’s as simple as that.
1. Fill your Lifetime Bottle with warm water
2. Drop in the tablet and wait a few minutes while it dissolves. You don’t need to shake or stir the bottle.
3. Just start using the product.
Using warm water will help speed up how quickly the tablet will dissolve. Using cold or hot water is also totally fine, but we would recommend warm water. Be sure to let it cool before you put the lid on.
We recommend that you finish using the cleaning liquid in your bottle before creating another solution with a new tablet. Each refill pack is designed to be dissolved with water to create 500ml of cleaner or 300ml of soap and match the exact amount of solution our bottle is designed to hold.
The Lifetime Bottle is meant to be used forever, so you never have to throw it away.
We carefully selected Aluminum for our spray bottle as this material is both durable and long lasting, but also infinitely recyclable if for any reason that is required.
The Foaming Hand Soap Bottle is made from high-grade glass which is also infinitely recyclable
Yes, that is possible. However we do recommend using our Lifetime bottle range which has been designed for a great experience and for re-use. Existing plastic bottles you have at your house will likely deteriorate over time.
Either place one dishwasher tablet into the tablet/poweder compartment, or alternatively they are also effective when put in the cutlery basket.
Place one tablet directly into the washing machine before adding clothes (or 2 tablets for large loads), select your cycle and get washing!
Our laundry tablets are generally appropriate for use on poly, cotton, linen, rayon, acetate, denim, tencel, and not appropriate for use on silk, wool, satin, and cashmere. However, please always reference the garment’s care instructions before washing.
Yes! Our laundry tablets contain effervescent ingredients to achieve rapid dissolution even in cold water. Your tablets should fully dissolve in any temperature cycle and go to work quickly.
Micro-Pak Dri Clay is desiccant – it absorbs moisture. As we ship our tablets without any plastic wrapping, they could start to absorb moisture overtime. We recommended storing in a cool dry place away from water. We also recommend keeping the Micro-Pak Dri Clay packet in your tube at all times. The Micro-Pak Dri Clay desiccant is made of two eco-friendly materials including FSC Certified kraft paper and bentonite clay, which is a naturally occurring mineral.
We do not wrap our Dish Washer or Laundry Tablets in single-use plastics. Traditional tablets are wrapped to protect them from damage in transit (resulting in chipping) and to prevent moisture adsorption. We use a biodegradable corn-starch based fluff to help prevent damage and adsorb more moisture while transporting. When you first open your tube just dispose of the fluff into organics or your waste bin (check with your local collection information to confirm which bin it should be placed in).
As the saying goes "you can't ship a dishwasher tablet in bulk without breaking a few".
Our tablets are not wrapped in plastic, so some damage can occur during transport. Chipped tablets or powder will still work just fine.
We are working hard to resolve this without resorting to the single-use plastic wrap.
